# Free Sandbox and Pro Plans, Pricing – Agent Loadout

> Compare the Free Sandbox and Pro plans, per-agent seat tiers, optional add-ons, and pay-as-you-go overage rates for Agent Loadout.

Agent Loadout offers two plans: a free sandbox for building and testing with a single agent, and a Pro plan that scales with your team. Every plan includes the dashboard, REST and MCP access, encrypted vaults, scoped tokens, and the local credential connector. Limits are pooled across your organization, and additional capacity is available as needed.

## Pro Agent Tiers

The Pro base price covers 5 agents. Choose a larger tier at signup or add seats at any time. Each additional agent seat also adds 200 outbound recipients, 1,000 inbound messages, 1 GB mailbox storage, and 10 h of machine time to your organization's shared pool.

  Successful payment and sender trust limits are both required for production sending. Pay-as-you-go overages stay off until an owner sets a spend cap in **Billing & usage**.

## Frequently Asked Questions

  <Accordion title="What happens when I hit a cap?">
    Sending and mailbox imports pause at their limits. If you are on a paid plan, an owner can add agent seats (which expand the shared pool) or enable pay-as-you-go by setting a spend cap in **Billing & usage**. Incoming mail overflow has a limited recovery window — do not rely on it as long-term storage.

    No. VAT is added at checkout based on your country. If you are purchasing for a business, you can enter an EU VAT ID during checkout for reverse charge.

  <Accordion title="Can I self-host Agent Loadout?">
    Agent Loadout is a proprietary hosted service. Self-hosting requires separate written permission. Contact support if you have an enterprise use case that requires it.
