Pro Agent Tiers

The Pro base price covers 5 agents. Choose a larger tier at signup or add seats at any time. Each additional agent seat also adds 200 outbound recipients, 1,000 inbound messages, 1 GB mailbox storage, and 10 h of machine time to your organization’s shared pool. Frequently Asked Questions

Sending and mailbox imports pause at their limits. If you are on a paid plan, an owner can add agent seats (which expand the shared pool) or enable pay-as-you-go by setting a spend cap in Billing & usage. Incoming mail overflow has a limited recovery window — do not rely on it as long-term storage.
No. VAT is added at checkout based on your country. If you are purchasing for a business, you can enter an EU VAT ID during checkout for reverse charge.
Agent Loadout is a proprietary hosted service. Self-hosting requires separate written permission. Contact support if you have an enterprise use case that requires it.
